Customer Service Representative - Seasonal FT/PT

Since the inception of GiftCards.com, we have been growing nearly 100% each year and we are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team to help continue that growth.

The Customer Service Representative will provide complete resolution to the customers' inquiries or issues that surround the company's products and services. This position requires focus on the number of calls per hour to ensure that timely service is provided and customers are being addressed immediately.

We are a 24-hour call center and will need coverage during all shifts and will be hiring both for full and part-time positions.

Benefits and profit-sharing are available for full-time employees after six months.

Responsibilities

arrow Project a professional company image during all customer interactions
arrow Handle inbound calls and emails to identify, research, and resolve all customer questions and issues
arrow Make follow-up calls as necessary
arrow Process refund/reissue requests for clients
arrow Complete call logs and reports
arrow Recognize, document, and alert management of trends in customer calls
arrow Recommend process improvements
arrow Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

arrow High school diploma
arrow Preferred 1-3 years of customer service experience in the financial industry or in a related area
arrow Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
arrow Excellent communication skills
arrow Team-oriented
arrow Strong attention to detail and immediate customer responsiveness
arrow Strong analytical skills
arrow Prior experience in a Windows-based PC environment
arrow Ability to handle irate customers with a professional manner
arrow Typing speed of 45 wpm
