We are looking for an experienced production equipment operator to work in our Fulfillment Operations Center where we personalize and process customer gift card packages.

Responsibilities

	Maintain supply inventory.
	Document current policies and procedures as well as implement new procedures to increase efficiency of operations.
	Operate all production equipment ensuring a steady workflow while maintaining all productivity standards required.
	Perform minor equipment maintenance and/or adjustments as needed.
	Ensure quality checks are performed according to department standards.
	Accurately record documentation of damaged pieces, meter logs, destruction and production logs.
	Maintain a clean work area.
	Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

	Basic math, computer, and mechanical skills.
	Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
	Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
	Ability to stand for long periods of time, twist, and bend and capable of lifting a maximum of 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
	High attention to detail.
	Good oral and written communication skills.
	Experience with Datacard, Bowe Bell & Howell, and FedEx machines a plus.
	Experience with handling secured materials a plus.
	Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime as needed to complete work from shift.

Potential candidates will need to successfully complete an extensive background check, including a criminal history check, credit check, and a drug screening.
