| Omni Prepaid, LLC is owned by Wolfe.com, which also owns GiftCards.com, WRL.com, GiftCodes.com,Swapagift.com, and MyCoupons.com. Wolfe.com was formed as an investment firm after our founder sold Direct Response Technologies, Inc to Digital River (NASDAQ: DRIV) in 2006. MyCoupons was started in 1995. GiftCards.com was started in 1999 as a division formerly of Direct Response Technologies, Inc. Omni Prepaid, LLC was formed in 2007 to be the technology and solutions provider, powering GiftCards.com. The first implementations, in 2008 and 2009, have been Omni Print, Omni Service, and Omni Build onto the GiftCards.com site. We have also begun offering our services and solutions to other companies in the prepaid space. Wolfe.com purchased Swapagift in 2008, and launched GiftCodes.com in 2010. All of what we do is on a privately branded basis.
