Sales Executive

Sales Executives are primarily responsible for revenue growth through attracting new clients or managing and up-selling to existing clients. The target market for the OmniCards fulfillment services are eCommerce merchants who are looking to build a gift card program, small to mid-sized financial institutions, and all issuers of prepaid debit cards, such as major retails who have their own gift card program or bank-issued prepaid cards such as Visa or MasterCard. As a Sales Executive, you would promote and sell our card printing, fulfillment, and personalization services as well as our technology platform and outsourced customer service solutions. Following your initial training period, your goals and compensation would be based on the number of new clients obtained quarterly, as well as cards produced and fulfilled for your clients. This position reports to the Executive Vice President of GiftCards.com and will be located in Pittsburgh, PA. Some travel will be required for trade shows and customer meetings (no more than 20%). Compensation includes a competitive base salary that will be dependent upon your experience level as well as an attractive commission plan. The first year target compensation will be $70,000 at plan with $100,000+ well within reach. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided.

Qualifications and Experience

arrow BA in Marketing, Business, or related fields
arrow 4+ years of direct B2B selling experience
arrow Experience in selling into financial institutions and/or large retailers a big plus
arrow Excellent communications skills are a must
arrow Solid understanding of technology, especially Internet applications
arrow Proven track record of achieving sales goals
arrow Experience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce.com, Sugar CRM, Goldmine, or Act
arrow Prior experience working in a team environment to achieve a company's objectives
