We are seeking talented and dedicated Systems Analysts with a proven track record to join our growing team. Under moderate supervision, the candidate will formulate and define system scope and objectives, business requirements and functional design through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. This person will prepare detailed business requirements and functional specifications documents from which moderately complex technical specifications and/or programs will be written. The successful candidate will analyze and revise existing life cycle documents as necessary for change management items and enhancements. He or she should be competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis and design activities with a development life cycle - RAD, Agile Scrum or Waterfall.

You will join a growing team working to drive Wolfe.com group of companies' products from idea to commercialization and be responsible for delivering complex web software products. You will use proven, industry standard software development methodologies and processes to identify requirements and functionally design robust software applications.

This is an on-site position, based in our Pittsburgh, PA. office. Only applicants who are authorized to work in the US will be considered.

Qualifications

	Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or related work experience
	Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
	Minimum of 3 years experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
	Minimum of 3 years of experience working with teams in different departments
	Minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements gathering, systems analysis and functional specifications design
	3 years in-depth knowledge of Requirements Elicitation, Data Analysis/Modeling, Process Mapping, Functional Design, Use case design, and strong verbal/written communication
	Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
	Strong analytical and problem solving skills
	Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
	Ability to handle frequent time/deadline pressures and work in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities

	Lead and facilitate the process to gather business requirements from business users and SMEs and apply systems analysis skill sets during requirements and functional design phases
	Ability to author business requirements and functional specifications documents
	Participate in project estimation and goal setting
	Deliver projects built to scope, according to agreed upon goals for requirements and analysis phases of life cycle
	Create and perform analytical functions and tasks with minor supervision
	Collaborate with business people and product owners in translating high level business requirements into detail requirements and functional specifications
	Ability to lead review sessions of requirement/design documents and manage various opinions and interpretations to stay within project scope
	Design and develop screen mockups/wireframes for conceptual designs
	Manage requirement change control process
	Write and review Release Notes

Compensation

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience with a range of $50-65K. The company offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, and profit sharing.
